Job Description

:

We are seeking an Junior Accountant to join our software product team. The ideal candidate will have advanced proficiency in Excel and a solid understanding of how to implement and execute calculations based on predefined rules within our software product. As an Junior Accountant, you will collaborate closely with our development and product management teams to ensure accurate implementation of business rules and calculations.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize advanced Excel skills to design, develop, and implement complex calculations within various report in our software product.
• Translate business rules and requirements into Excel formulas, functions, and macros.
• Test and validate calculations to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to understand software requirements and functional specifications.
• Provide technical expertise and support to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Excel calculations.
• Document calculation logic, processes, and procedures for future reference.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Accountancy, Mathematics, or related field.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions, formulas (including array formulas), pivot tables, macros, and data manipulation techniques.
• Experience in designing and implementing complex calculations or financial models within Excel.
• Ability to analyse and interpret complex data sets.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 45 per week
