: Junior Accountant

Responsibilities:

• Assist in Invoicing Process: Collaborate with project accountants to facilitate the invoicing process efficiently.
• Maintain Financial Records: Play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records through tasks such as data entry, coding, and filing.
• Bank Reconciliation: Support in bank reconciliation activities to ensure accuracy and transparency in financial transactions.
• Accounts Receivable Management: Contribute to the tracking and management of Accounts Receivable, ensuring timely updates and follow-ups.
• Learn Accounting Software: Acquire proficiency in accounting software and financial tools to streamline tasks and uphold precise financial records.
• Communication and Reporting: Regularly communicate with project accountants and team members, providing updates on the project's financial status and addressing any concerns.
• Documentation Preparation: Assist in the preparation and filing of necessary documentation, including tax forms, invoices, and expense reports.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA) is a plus.( Pref: ACCA ,CMA,CA Graduates)
• Commerce Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce or a related field.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and external stakeholders.
• Proactive Attitude: Demonstrated proactive attitude and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience : Minimum one year experience in related field.
