Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented

Accounts Executive

to assist the Accounts Manager in managing day-to-day accounting tasks. The ideal candidate should have working knowledge of

Tally ERP

, and a basic understanding of

TDS

,

GST

, and general accounting principles. Prior experience in a

CA firm

will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Accounts Manager in day-to-day accounting operations Handle data entry and record keeping in

Tally ERP

Manage accounts payable and receivable Maintain accurate financial records and reports Assist in the preparation and filing of

GST

and

TDS

returns Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts Support in audit preparation and documentation Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies Maintain confidentiality of financial information

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum

1 year of experience

in an accounting role (preferably in a

CA firm

) Proficiency in

Tally ERP 9

Basic knowledge of

TDS

and

GST

Good understanding of accounting principles Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Word Ability to work under supervision and meet deadlines

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent
