Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Junior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of accounting experience and a B.Com degree. As a Junior Accountant, you will support our financial operations by performing various accounting tasks, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain Financial Records: Ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately and in a timely manner.
• Accounts Payable and Receivable: Process invoices, verify financial data for use in maintaining accounts payable and receivable records, and reconcile discrepancies.
• Bank Reconciliations: Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure alignment between our records and bank statements.
• Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and summaries as required.
• Data Entry: Input and manage financial data in accounting software, maintaining accuracy and consistency.
• Support Audits: Assist with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and information.

Qualifications

• Education: B.Com degree from a recognized university.
• Experience: 1 to 2 years of accounting experience.

Skills:

Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?12,000.00 per month
