As a Junior Account Executive, you will play a key role in supporting our sales and client management efforts. You will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities:
• Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Sales Support: Assist senior account executives with sales activities, including preparing proposals, conducting research, and managing client communications.
• Business Development: Identify potential new clients and business opportunities through market research and networking.
• Customer Service: Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide timely and effective solutions.
• Reporting: Prepare regular reports on account activities, sales performance, and client feedback.
• Administrative Support: Handle day-to-day administrative tasks related to account management, such as scheduling meetings and maintaining records.
