Please do not call Responsibilities Monitor and guide accurate documentation of financial records of invoices, bills, etc. Preparation of monthly MIS after ensuring proper closure of books. Prepare Balance sheets, Income statements and Cash flow statements. Provide a detailed analysis of each to management. Create and maintain AR statement. Drive communication and collaboration with sales, operations and procurement teams on collection updates, credit release and overdue accounts. Create and maintain AP statement. Collaborate with purchase and operations team to optimise working capital. Maintain a fixed asset register. Ensure a record of stock and inventory of products and various materials is maintained. Perform stock audits on a regular basis. Help sales and operations team by performing credit reports of potential customers, ensuring to minimise risk. Establishes internal controls and guidelines for cost reduction, revenue enhancement, cashflow management and profit maximization. Analyze costs of raw materials and other supplies and create cost-benefit analyses for changing vendors. Review rates of labour and overhead and suggest policy changes to improve profits. Create a semi-annual company budget in coordination with management and track expenditure ensuring its within budget. Create project reports and conduct risk analysis/feasibility assessments for future investments. Liaison with bankers, external auditors and tax consultants. Assist in preparing TDS, GST & Income tax fillings and ensure that filings are completed on time. Ensure bank statement reconciliations are performed daily. Professional Requirements The ideal candidate will possess the following professional assets: Education o Degree Level: BCom o Field of Study: Accounting , Commerce. Previous Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an accountant. Technical Skills: Analytic skills, Tax compliance, Tally. We are willing to train people in these areas if the candidate is otherwise qualified: Payroll and PF.
