Junior Accountant
Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our Finance & Accounts department as a Business Finance professional. Roles and Responsibilities: - Conduct financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, to support business decision-making processes. - Prepare financial reports and presentations for management, highlighting key financial metrics and trends. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial models and strategies to optimize business performance. - Monitor and analyze financial data, identifying areas for improvement and recommending solutions to enhance profitability and efficiency. - Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies, conducting regular audits and reviews. - Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial plans, providing guidance and support to department heads. - Conduct financial risk assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies. - Provide financial guidance and support to other departments, assisting in financial planning and analysis. - Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in finance and accounting, recommending process improvements and implementing new tools and technologies. Job Type: Full-time Salary: 23,000.00 - 28,000.00 per month Schedule:
