Office & Capacity Planning Service Administration Responsibilities The commercial operation administrator is primarily responsible for the daily coordination and execution of the back office administrative support for the ASP region You will be responsible for contract billing, indexation calculation, spare parts invoicing, vendor registration, Vendor PR process, Vestas Online onboarding & operational readiness updates In addition to this you will also be handling monthly reports on insurance, contract KPI\'s, HSE-Quality & waste reporting and other site financials across the ASP region You must work in a focused manner and always intervene with the team for speedy execution of tasks & responsibilities Review Contracts / Drafting / Verify Qualifications B.com / MBA in Finance with minimum 2 years working experience Working knowledge of SAP is desired Proficiency in MS Excel is necessary Competencies Good communication skills in English both written and oral Problem solving skills Data Analysis and process mapping skills What We Offer Great colleagues that support each other and work together Great opportunities for professional and personal development The opportunity to work with a determined and motivated team Additional Information Your primary workplace will be in Chennai, India.
