Job Description
Position: Accounts Executive
Location: Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad
Salary: 25000 to 35000 per Month Negotiable as per Current Salary
Experience: 2-5 years in real estate
Qualification: any B. Com or M. Com

Candidate should be from Finance & Accounting domain with Commerce Background and have 2-5 years of industry experience in Real - Estate Developer sector:
? Should have sound knowledge of finance and accounting principles, standard laws regulations.
? Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records through book keeping and reconciliation.
? Accounting job like punching of vendors bills/TDS deductions/payment / receipts/ JV booking/others.
? Maintain, pay and Knowledge of file returns for GST, TDS, Income tax, etc on monthly / quarterly / yearly basis.
? Bank Reconciliation for all accounts, Petty Cash.
? Good communication and interpersonal skills.
? Should have knowledge of accounting software - Tally Prime or Zoho Finance.
