LOFT 17 Visuals, is looking for of a highly skilled 3D Visualizer Interior/Exterior to bring our architectural dreams to life. As a 3D Visualizer specializing in both Interior and Exterior visualization, you will play a pivotal role in bringing architectural concepts to life. Working closely with our design and project teams, you will be responsible for creating stunning, realistic renderings that showcase the aesthetic and functional aspects of various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Create detailed 3D models and renderings for interiors and exteriors.
2. Collaborate with project teams to understand project requirements.
3. Ensure visualizations meet project specs, client expectations, and industry standards.
4. Efficiently manage and prioritize multiple projects, meeting deadlines with exceptional quality.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a 3D Visualizer with a focus on both Interior and Exterior rendering.
2. A keen eye for composition, lighting, and texturing etc.
3. Proficiency in industry-standard 3D visualization tools and software (e.g., Autodesk 3ds Max, V-Ray, SketchUp)
4. Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
