Job Summary:

The Juice Maker is responsible for preparing and serving a variety of fresh juices, smoothies, and other beverages while ensuring high standards of customer service and product quality. This role involves selecting and preparing ingredients, maintaining cleanliness, and providing a welcoming environment for customers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for healthy beverages, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Beverage Preparation:
• Prepare and serve a variety of fresh juices, smoothies, and other beverages according to established recipes and standards.
• Operate and maintain juicing and blending equipment safely and efficiently.
• Create new juice and smoothie recipes to keep the menu exciting and cater to customer preferences.
• Customer Service:
• Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately.
• Provide information about menu items and offer recommendations based on customer preferences.
• Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ingredient Handling:
• Select, wash, peel, and cut fruits and vegetables for juicing and blending.
• Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and free from spoilage.
• Monitor inventory levels of fruits, vegetables, and other ingredients, and inform the manager when restocking is needed.
• Cleanliness and Hygiene:
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including counters, equipment, and storage areas.
• Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
• Perform regular cleaning tasks, including washing utensils, blenders, juicers, and other equipment.
• Team Collaboration:
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Assist with training new staff members as needed.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors to ensure customer orders are completed accurately and on time.
• Cash Handling:
• Operate the cash register, handle cash, and process credit/debit card transactions accurately.
• Balance the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Follow proper cash handling procedures to ensure accuracy and prevent loss.
• Promotions and Upselling:
• Promote special offers, new menu items, and upsell additional items to customers.
• Provide customers with information about loyalty programs and promotions.

Pay: ?7,500.00 - ?44,909.74 per month
