JOb Title: Juice Maker

Job Summary:

As a Juice Maker at B2D (BAGELS TO DONUTS) , you will be responsible for creating fresh, healthy, and delicious juices and smoothies for our customers. You will ensure that all beverages are prepared to the highest quality standards, provide excellent customer service, and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the juice bar.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service:
• Greet customers warmly and assist with menu selections.
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer inquiries, special requests, and concerns in a professional manner.
• Beverage Preparation:
• Prepare and serve a variety of juices, smoothies, and other beverages according to standardized recipes.
• Operate juicing equipment, blenders, and other kitchen appliances safely and efficiently.
• Ensure the freshness and quality of all ingredients used in beverages.
• Ingredient Management:
• Wash, peel, and prepare fruits and vegetables for juicing.
• Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed.
• Assist with ordering and receiving inventory shipments.
• Health and Safety:
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations in the preparation and handling of food and beverages.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work area, including equipment, counters, and utensils.
• Follow proper food storage and waste management procedures.
• Cleaning and Maintenance:
• Perform regular cleaning tasks, such as washing dishes, sanitizing equipment, and mopping floors.
• Ensure all equipment is in good working condition and report any issues to management.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role or in the food and beverage industry is preferred.
• Knowledge of juicing techniques, fruit and vegetable handling, and equipment operation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and quality.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights (up to 50 lbs).
• Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and holidays.

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Additional Skills:

• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change.
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
• Passion for health, wellness, and fresh food.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
