Icepop Art Cafe in Kollam is seeking a talented and energetic Juice, Shake, and Noodles Maker to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating delicious beverages and snacks, ensuring a high-quality customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation: Prepare a variety of juices, shakes, and noodle dishes according to our cafe's recipes and standards.
• Customer Service: Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and providing recommendations as needed.
• Ingredient Management: Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and replenished as needed.
• Quality Control: Maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, taste, and presentation.
• Sanitation: Keep the preparation and serving areas clean and organized, following all health and safety guidelines.
• Equipment Maintenance: Operate and maintain blenders, juicers, and other kitchen equipment. Report any issues or malfunctions to management.
• Inventory: Assist in tracking inventory levels and notifying management of low stock or necessary reorders.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.

Requirements:

• Experience: Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not mandatory. Training will be provided for the right candidate.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of food and beverage preparation techniques, particularly for juices, shakes, and noodle dishes.
• Customer Focus: Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Efficiency: Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to Detail: Ensure all orders are accurate and meet the cafe's quality standards.
• Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Team Player: Strong communication and teamwork skills.
