JSM - Manufacturing Engineering

Description

Performs skilled non production activities independently which support the manufacturing processes in accordance with quality and productivity requirements safely in a manufacturing environment and may instruct or coach others.

Education, Licenses, Certifications

High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.

This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Experience

Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.

-Support to VPI/VPC project Process and Product change work at shop-floor .

-Tooling drawing preparation , PR PO process and physical trial and tooling Proving activity

-Cycle time Study and NVA reduction initiative to improve Productivity by providing low cost Kaizen /Process /Product Improvement.

-Support to Capital Project management and layout change

• Sop /FMEA and Control plan Preparation
