Job Overview

We are hiring a Jr. Sales Manager to join our team at Vsnap Technology Solutions. As a Jr. Sales Manager, you will be responsible for generating sales for Indiaestates.in, our subsidiary brand that specializes in exclusive real estate sales. You will work closely with builders and developers to help them liquidate their inventories faster and easier through innovative proptech solutions. This is a full-time position based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience in field sales or sales management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of real estate industry and proptech solutions is a plus
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and sales visits

• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet the company\'s sales targets
• Identify and approach potential builders and developers for exclusive real estate sales opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences
• Present and demonstrate our proptech solutions to potential clients in a compelling manner
• Negotiate and close sales agreements with builders and developers
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales initiatives
• Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance to management
