• Vendor Management: Assist in managing relationships with vendors to ensure the timely delivery of quality materials and components for fire safety equipment.
• Vendor Evaluation: Evaluate and select vendors based on quality, cost, and delivery performance. Conduct vendor assessments and audits.
• Technical Knowledge: Use AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and 3D scanning to assess vendor capabilities and ensure compliance with technical specifications and product requirements.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance vendor performance and supply chain efficiency.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of vendor performance, procurement activities, and technical evaluations.
• Collaboration: Work closely with engineering and production teams to align vendor capabilities with product requirements and ensure smooth operations.

• Strong experience in vendor development with a background in mechanical engineering and knowledge of AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and 3D scanning.
• Ability to manage vendor relationships effectively and assess vendor performance.
• Familiarity with procurement processes and supply chain management.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to process improvement.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
