Job Type: Remote (candidate must reside in India)Candidate must work on our full- time & W2 roles.Required Skills:
- Creating new jobs and post them as per the company policy.
- Source, screen and conduct due diligence.
- Consult with applicants to determine the best match for their desired position and available opportunities.
- Utilize the Applicant Tracking System to move candidates through the application process as well as other various technologies.
- Coordinate for scheduling interviews with the qualified candidates with the team.
- Participating in onboarding process.
- Flawless execution of high-volume transactions in alignment with standard operating procedures.
- Maintain database and creating pipelines.
- Resolve candidate escalations including identifying and removing barriers.
- Maintain 100% confidentially with candidate\xe2\x80\x99s personal information and sensitive topics.
- Other works as assigned.
