We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Junior Training Manager who has the ability to play the guitar or the keyboard . This role involves delivering high-quality training sessions, utilizing lessons from our websites, and engaging with schools to promote our training programs. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong musical background, and a desire to inspire and educate students.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct training sessions at our training centre, focusing on guitar or keyboard instruction.

Utilize and adapt lessons from Torrins.com to meet the needs of our students.

Visit schools to promote our training programs and establish relationships with educators and students.

Develop and implement training plans and materials.

Monitor and assess the progress of students, providing feedback and support to ensure their development.

Collaborate with the training team to enhance and improve our training offerings.

Maintain a positive and motivating learning environment.

Selection Criteria:-

Proficiency in playing the guitar or the keyboard.

Strong knowledge of music theory and techniques.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to engage and inspire students of various age groups.

Experience with video-based lessons, particularly from Torrins.com, is a plus.

Ability to travel to schools as required.

Bachelor's degree in Music, Education, or a related field is preferred.

Previous teaching or training experience is an advantage.
