Required Educational and Technical Background:

Support includes, but is not limited to, PC hardware repairs, PC operating systems installation and configurations, desktop applications, and network connectivity.
Active Directory administration, Firewall Configuration.
Hardware/Software/OS Level troubleshooting.
Conceptual Knowledge of IT Basic Software like Antivirus, Helpdesk, MS Office, and Inventory Software.
Networking concepts at the basics level \xe2\x80\x93 VLAN, Routers, and Switching.
Any Bachelor Degree in Computers or Any Bachelor Degree with Training in Computers and Networking Concepts.
Should be able to follow the internal processes and procedures and provide recommendations where applicable.
Good Understanding and Communication skills.
