DESIGNATION: Jr System Admin - IT

QUALIFICATION: B.Tech (IT), B.E (CSE), B.E (IT) / B.Sc (CS) / B.C.A

Yrs of Experience: 0 to 2 Yrs experience in system admin role.

GENDER: Male

JOB DESCRIPTION:

? Windows 2000, XP and Windows 7 MS Exchange, Active Directory and other mail protocols such as IMAP Microsoft Office 2003 onwards and other common desktop applications.
Web and application server Installation and administration Backups, restores, maintenance of servers.

? Trouble Shooting of Hardware such as Printers, Scanners, Network Switch, Modem, Router, Biometric etc.

? Need to monitor and take necessary actions and be capable to implement new feature in Antivirus (MacAfee, Kaspersky).

? Perform data backups and disaster recovery operations. Experience with Widows 2008/2012 system administration.

? Knowledge on Windows 7, 8.x, Windows Server 2003/2008, 2012 & Exchange Server etc.

? Basic understanding in Networking and Server Technology.

? Installation, configuration and maintenance of Windows XP, Win7 with Desktops, and Laptops.

? Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of Windows Operating System.

? Installation and configuration Software & application as per company policy.

? Installation and configuration of Data card Like Tata photon+ And Reliance Net connect etc

? Installation, configuration and maintenance of Network Printers, Local printers and Scanner

? Hardware Support (Troubleshooting) With Laptop and Desktop, Internet connectivity, Networking devices (Modem, Switch, and Wi-Fi Device) & Internet Related Issue LAN Wired/Wi-Fi, Internet, DHCP.

? Projector connectivity over Desktop or Laptop. VC check and Provide Support for Connect with Other Branches.

? Provide Remote support using following software Team Viewer, AmmyyAdmin ,webex , Lync& Remote Desktoptools.

? Managing & Monitoring LAN Network.Installation of Antivirus, Patches & Updates from Backend side & frontend both.

? Proficient in handling escalated calls and providing Technical Support to users.

? Maintenance of computer hardware systems and system assembly.

? Joining Systems in the Domain. Taking backups and restoring users data.

? Coordinate with vendor to resolve application regarding issues.

? Mapping drives as per their requirement, Cisco Router, Switches & Wi-Fi controllers

D-link & HP Switches Layer 2 and Layer3

? Wi-Fi Network Management Aruba & HP Wi-Fi Networks, Firewalls Fortinet, Dell SonicWALL, WatchGuard configuration L1

? Troubleshooting thin clients, Desktop, Laptops and other peripheral devices.
