Jr. / Sr. Web Designer Skills: FLASH, HTML, Illustrator, Photoshop, Action Script (Freshers with exceptional abilities are also welcome!) Soft Skills Needed: Organized, Communicate well, Able to understand customer needs, Creative, Attentive to detail, Responsive and complete projects promptly, Efficient time management, Self - driven : Must demonstrate knowledge and expertise in developing creative concepts, graphics,Web page layouts and comps, and the ability to convert print collateral into Web friendly formats. Able to work with team in a collaborative environment and under aggressive timelines. Must be advanced in Flash Design / Development and Action Scripting. Must be comfortable in a production graphics role - - making changes to existing graphics, creating buttons, and developing Small To Large - Scale Graphic Solutions.
