About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled SEO Specialist to join our team and drive organic and paid growth

through strategic optimization. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in SEO

principles and a proven track record of improving website visibility and rankings. You will be

responsible for conducting comprehensive keyword research, optimizing website content,

and implementing technical SEO best practices to enhance search engine performance.

Responsibilities:

? Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-value search terms aligned with

business objectives.

? Optimize website content, including on-page elements (titles, meta descriptions,

headers, etc.) to improve search engine rankings.

? Develop and execute link-building strategies to increase website authority and

visibility.

? Perform technical SEO audits to identify and resolve website issues impacting search

engine performance.

? Monitor and analyze website performance metrics to track SEO campaign

effectiveness.

? Collaborate with content creators to ensure content aligns with SEO goals and best

practices.

? Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and algorithm updates.

? Off-Page SEO that includes guest blogging, backlinking, etc.

Qualifications:

? 1-3 years of experience in SEO

? Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs,

SEMrush, and Moz

? Strong understanding of on-page and off-page SEO, keyword research, and link-

building strategies

? Experience with technical SEO, including website audits, crawl error resolution, and

page speed optimization

? Ability to collaborate effectively with content creators

? Skilled in data analysis and interpreting key performance metrics

? Excellent written and verbal communication skills

? Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a

related field

Preferred Qualifications:

? Experience in managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns

? Up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and best practices

? Ability to work independently and as part of a team

? Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
