the Designation: Jr. Sales Development Representative

Work Type: WFO

Nature of Job: Full-time permanent opportunity

Shift: Rotational (US/UK) shift

Will be working with various personas mostly Marketing, IT, Finance, Ops and HR to have deep conversation to introduce our clients and Alltake if required.

This role will involve engaging potential prospects to answer qualifying questions like BANT and will have monthly targets to achieve that will be decided post-selection.

Responsibilities:

• Generate new business pipeline primarily through prospecting outbound opportunities.
• Manage inbound leads that are driven by outbound effort.
• Nurture early-stage opportunities.
• Gain interest through outbound cold calling across a set of existing Salesforce customers and breaking into net new logos in assigned territory.
• Partner with core seller to identify and source net new pipeline and assist by researching lines of business and personas.
• Align with the internal account team.
• Identify key decision makers within new accounts.

Qualifying criteria:

1. Needs to have 2+ years in customer facing role

2. Should know how to do multichannel engagement (Email, Calling, LinkedIn)

3. Has the intention to grow professionally and develop his skills in Sales

4. Should be Open to all shift timings is a key

5. Is well adept with LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead acquisition
