Job Summary:
As a Sales Executive at Neelachala Homes and Commercials Private Ltd., you will be an integral part of our sales team, working alongside a senior sales executive to support them in generating leads, engaging potential clients, and achieving sales targets. We welcome freshers who possess excellent communication skills and a keen interest in the real estate sector. Responsibilities:
? Assist the senior sales executive in prospecting potential leads through various channels, including online platforms, referrals, and networking events.
? Engage with leads through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings to understand their real estate requirements and offer suitable solutions.
? Collaborate with the senior sales executive to maintain regular follow-ups with potential clients and build lasting relationships.
? Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement effective strategies for lead generation and conversion.
? Participate in sales meetings and presentations, learning from the senior sales executive's expertise and leveraging their guidance to enhance your sales skills.
? Help in the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and sales-related documents.
? Learn about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to contribute valuable insights to the sales team.
? Support the senior sales executive in negotiating and closing deals to achieve individual and team sales targets.
? Strive to deliver outstanding customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and foster repeat business and referrals.
Requirements:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with potential clients and the sales team.
• Previous experience in real estate sales is a plus, but freshers with a passion for sales and real estate are encouraged to apply.
• Sound knowledge in Excel, Word and Power point.
• Fluency in English, Hindi and Odia (Any other language is a plus) both reading & writing.
• Master Degree in Business , Marketing or a related field.
• Hand on Experience in CRM.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and take direction from senior team members.
• Eagerness to learn and develop a career in real estate sales.
• Strong work ethic, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude to contribute to the team's success.
