Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and generate new sales leads through research, cold calling, and networking.
• Conduct follow-up communications with potential clients via email, phone, and in-person meetings.
• Assist in developing sales presentations, proposals, and pitches for clients.
• Collaborate with senior sales executives to close sales deals.
• Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) software with relevant sales data.
• Support the sales team in daily tasks and special projects as needed.
• Track sales activities, prepare reports, and present to management.
• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
• Build and maintain positive client relationships.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market changes, and competitors' offerings.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• 0-2 years of experience in a sales, marketing, or customer service role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Comfortable with cold calling and generating leads.
