Responsibilities :
- Incoming Material Inspection.
- Checked Outgoing Material as per quality Plan & Sampling Plan .
- Oversee all product development procedures to identify deviations from quality standards
- Maintain records of testing, information and various metrics such as number of defective products per day etc.
- Inspect procedures of the entire production cycle to ensure they are efficient and comply with safety standards
- Maintain and Monitor on regular basis for inspection report, Instrument calibration reports, Pre dispatched reports , scrap reports etc..
- Keep accurate documentation and perform statistical analysis
- Submit detailed reports to appropriate executives
- Monitor the use of equipment to ensure it is safe and well-maintained and discard any that doesn\xe2\x80\x99t meet requirements
- Proven experience as quality Dept.
- Conscientious and responsible
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- In depth understanding of quality control procedures and relevant legal standards
- relevant field/ Relevant Degree
- Experience must be required in Automobile Industry At least 1 Yrs
- Food provided
