Job Description
To check the raw material inspection, ongoing inspection and output products and maintain the quality control records Develop inspection methods to analyze product quality Inspecting and testing materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure quality specifications are met Ensuring that workflows, processes, and products comply with safety regulations. Reviewing codes, specifications, and processes. Improve product quality by making recommendations for necessary changes Work together with relevant teams and departments to improve quality of the products Ensure products adhere to company and industry quality standards Brainstorm ideas to create solutions for identified problems Document results and findings after inspections are carried out Implement a working system to ensure conformity and accuracy in the production process Ensure compliance to all quality related policies, procedures and system requirements. Ensure paper work and ERP is complete at each stage of Operation. Carryout testing like raw material, in process and finished products Carryout dimension and visual inspection.
