Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Junior Product Marketing Manager to assist in driving the marketing strategies for our products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams such as Product Management, Sales, and Marketing to execute product launch plans, manage product life cycles, and ensure that our products align with market needs and business goals.
Key Responsibilities: • Product Positioning & Messaging : Assist in developing and executing the positioning, messaging, and value propositions of the products based on market research, customer insights, and competitive analysis.
• Market Research : Conduct research to understand target audiences, customer needs, and market trends. Use these insights to inform product strategy and marketing efforts.
• Product Launches : Support the execution of go-to-market strategies for new product launches, ensuring all marketing channels and teams are aligned.
• Sales Enablement : Collaborate with the sales team to create product collateral, including product briefs, case studies, presentations, and training materials to ensure they have the tools they need to sell effectively.
• Customer Feedback & Analysis : Collect and analyze customer feedback and data to assess the effectiveness of marketing strategies and product performance.
• Competitive Analysis : Monitor and report on competitors' marketing strategies and product developments to identify opportunities and challenges.
• Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with product management, sales, and marketing teams to align on business objectives and product strategies.
• Performance Metrics : Track and analyze product marketing metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and contribute to continuous improvement.
Qualifications: • Education : Bachelor's degree in Technology, Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Experience : 1-2 years of experience in product marketing, digital marketing, or a related role, preferably in the tech, SaaS, or consumer goods industries.
• Skills :
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data.
• Understanding of marketing principles and product lifecycle management.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with tools like CRM software, Google Analytics, and marketing automation platforms is a plus.
