Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of BIM models for MEP systems using Autodesk Revit and other BIM software.
- Collaborate with the design team to develop detailed 3D models of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Perform clash detection and coordination activities to ensure the integration of MEP systems with architectural and structural elements.
- Generate and manage project documentation, including drawings, schedules, and specifications.
- Participate in project meetings and coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of BIM deliverables.
- Support the Senior MEP BIM Coordinator in the implementation of BIM standards and procedures.
- Conduct quality checks on models to ensure accuracy and adherence to project requirements.
- Diploma or Bachelor\'s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, or related engineering field.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and other BIM software (e.g., Navisworks, AutoCAD).
- Basic understanding of MEP systems and their integration within a building.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
- Previous internship or work experience in a similar role is a plus.
