Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Legal Associate to join our legal team. The successful candidate will assist with legal matters related to our software products and services and will be responsible for managing legal projects from inception to completion. The candidate must possess excellent English skills, be highly organized, and have a keen eye for detail. This position will report to the General Counsel.
Responsibilities:

• Provide legal support to internal stakeholders on a variety of legal matters related to software products and services.
• Manage legal projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines.
• Draft and review legal agreements, including licensing, nondisclosure, and vendor agreements.
• Conduct legal research and analyze legal issues related to software products and services.
• Assist with regulatory compliance matters related to software products and services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on legal matters related to product development and marketing.
• Provide support for corporate governance matters, including drafting board resolutions and maintaining corporate records.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of post-qualification experience in a legal role.
• Bachelor's degree in law (LLB) from a reputable institution.
• Excellent English skills, including writing and reading.
• Skilled in using MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Highly organized and structured, with strong project management skills.
• Good team player, social, and with a good sense of humor.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize workload.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with legal issues related to software products and services is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and international environment.
