Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Lab Executive to join our Quality Control Department within the Railway Engineering Division. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Science (B.Sc) and possess 1-2 years of relevant experience in any industry. This role is critical for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine quality control tests on materials and components used in railway engineering projects.
• Assist in the preparation of test samples and maintain accurate records of test results.
• Support the development and implementation of quality control procedures and protocols.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to analyze test results and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Participate in troubleshooting and problem-solving activities to address quality-related issues.
• Prepare reports and documentation for management review and regulatory compliance.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior staff as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Science (B.Sc) or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in a laboratory or quality control environment; experience in the engineering sector is a plus.
• Familiarity with quality control processes, testing methodologies, and data analysis.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using laboratory equipment and software for data management.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
