Job Profile: Jr. IT Recruiter
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced IT Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. In this role, you will source, screen, and select top-tier IT professionals for a variety of technical roles. Your goal is to ensure the timely and effective hiring of candidates who align with our company's technical and cultural standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Candidate Sourcing:
Utilize job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to identify suitable candidates.
Create and manage job postings on relevant platforms.
Develop pipelines of active and passive candidates for future hiring needs.
• Screening and Assessment:
Conduct initial phone or video interviews to evaluate technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate technical assessments or coding tests as needed.
Provide detailed feedback to hiring managers on candidate suitability.
• Collaboration:
Partner with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements and desired qualifications.
Collaborate with HR and onboarding teams to ensure smooth candidate transitions.
Act as a point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Recruitment Metrics:
Track and report on key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire).
Continuously optimize sourcing and hiring processes for efficiency.
• Employer Branding:
Promote the company's values and culture to attract high-quality talent.
Represent the company at industry events, job fairs, and online forums.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
Proven experience as a technical or IT recruiter.
Familiarity with IT roles and technologies (e.g., software development, cloud computing, cybersecurity).
Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple roles and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
