Key Responsibilities:
• Provide IT support for Windows, Mac, and Zoho Workspace platforms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues across different systems.
• Assist with basic configuration and troubleshooting of routers and networking devices.
• Offer telephonic support for networking issues to channel partners.
• Ensure proper setup and configuration of systems, particularly laptops , before handing them over to users.
• Handle incoming support calls, provide solutions either on-site or over the phone.
• Maintain detailed documentation of support calls and actions taken.
• Continuously explore new solutions and techniques for on-site troubleshooting and support.
Required Qualifications:
• Education: B.Tech in IT, Computer Science, or any related field.
• Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience in IT support or a related role.
Required Skills:
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
• Familiarity with Zoho Workspace .
• Experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Basic configuration and troubleshooting of networking devices like routers .
• Ability to provide remote telephonic support and guidance to clients and channel partners.
• Strong documentation skills with the ability to log solutions and findings.
• Effective problem-solving abilities and critical thinking.
