Junior Interior Designer cum Site Supervisor

to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on bespoke home interiors and contribute to creating spaces that inspire.

Responsibilities

Design and Drafting:

Prepare detailed 2D drawings and layouts using AutoCAD. Support in creating 3D visualizations (preferred) to help clients visualize concepts.

Site Supervision:

Oversee on-site work to ensure designs are implemented as planned. Perform quality checks and inspections to maintain high standards of execution.

Vendor Coordination:

Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery of materials and services. Ensure smooth communication between the design team and external partners.

Material Management:

Research and procure materials in alignment with the design vision and budget. Conduct market research for innovative design solutions and materials.

Reporting and Documentation:

Prepare daily/weekly project status reports for internal and client updates. Maintain organized records of material procurement, vendor details, and project timelines.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with senior designers and project managers to ensure seamless project execution.

Qualifications and Skills

Education:

Diploma/Degree in Interior Design or related field.

Technical Skills:

Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of 3D visualization tools (SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar) is a plus.

Experience:

1-3 years in interior design and site supervision preferred.

Soft Skills:

Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.

Other Requirements:

Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
