• Postgraduate - Degree in instructional design, educational technology, or a related field.
Role Overview :
As an Instructional Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing engaging and impactful online learning courses. You will collaborate with subject matter experts and utilize instructional design principles to create effective learning experiences. You will also work with multimedia and technology teams to integrate interactive elements and assessments into the courses.
Required Role Attributes :
• Develop and design high-quality online courses that align with learning objectives.
• Collaborate effectively with subject matter experts, multimedia designers, and developers.
• Apply instructional design theories and methodologies to create engaging learning experiences.
• Analyze learning needs and design appropriate assessments and activities.
• Ensure courses are user-friendly, visually appealing, and interactive.
• Revise and update courses based on feedback and changing needs.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in instructional design and e-learning.
Required Skills :
• Proficiency in instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM).
