Job Description
Job Profile: End to End Recruitment. Organizing Weekend & Daily Walk-Ins. Able to maintain job postings on the boards Able to arrange the internal technical screening, interview coordination, following up with the updates Able to work end-end process of recruitment and high volume recruiting i.e., Sourcing resumes invarious job portals (Naukri, Times jobs, Monster), Databases. Able to Screen candidates on their experience, skill matrix and matching to the given requirement, byunderstanding of the interest level. Able to maintain job postings on the portals / boards. Groups. Able to handle recruiting potential consultants and ensuring high quality of resumes with being submitted Must be Participative in weekly recruitment meetings, focused on troubleshooting difficult positionsand managing hiring issues. Extremely good in communication skills written and Oral. Good negotiation skills.
