Job Title: Jr. Hotel Operations Manager

Location: Madhupur

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in managing daily hotel operations

- Ensure high-quality guest experience and maintain customer satisfaction

- Coordinate activities across various hotel departments

- Manage staff schedules and supervise team performance

- Oversee front desk operations, reservations, and check-in/check-out processes

- Monitor housekeeping and maintenance to maintain hotel standards

- Assist in inventory management for rooms, F&B, and other supplies

- Help implement revenue management strategies

- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and security regulations

- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues efficiently

- Support marketing initiatives and promotional events

- Assist in budgeting and cost control measures

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or related field

- 2-3 years of experience in hotel operations

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

- Proficiency in hotel management software systems

- Customer-centric approach with excellent problem-solving abilities

- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays

- Knowledge of food and beverage operations

- Fluency in English and Hindi; local language proficiency is advantageous

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?10,592.83 - ?25,433.94 per month
