Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the senior design team to understand project requirements and develop creative solutions
- Create designs, graphics and layouts for various marketing materials including social media, email campaigns, websites, brochures, flyers, and other print materials
- Collaborate with the team to develop visual concepts and designs that align with project goals and timelines
- Ensure that all designs and layouts are aligned with brand standards and guidelines
- Create and edit images and videos as needed
- Manage and maintain project files and assets
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to maintain a high level of quality and relevance in designs
- Bachelor\'s degree in graphic design or a related field
- 2 years of relevant experience
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative and innovative design skills
- Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and composition
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team to develop and execute creative solutions
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
- Experience with digital media and social media design is a plus
