•Job Title: Junior Graphic Designer (Packaging & Notebook Covers)•

We are an established company in the paper products manufacturing industry, looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our team. You will play a key role in designing high-quality notebook covers and mono cartons (such as sweet boxes, toothpaste boxes, agarbatti boxes, and other FMCG packaging). If you are passionate about packaging design and eager to grow in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

- Design creative and visually appealing notebook covers and paper box packaging (mono cartons) for various FMCG products such as toothpaste, sweet boxes, agarbatti, etc.

- Collaborate with senior designers and the marketing team to develop designs that align with brand standards and market trends.

- Ensure designs are optimized for production and printing, including preparing final files for print.

- Stay updated with design trends in FMCG packaging and stationery products.

- Assist in the creation of mockups and prototypes for presentations and approvals.

- Edit and revise existing designs based on feedback from clients and team members.

- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.

- 0-2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in packaging or product design.

- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop , and InDesign .

- Strong understanding of print production processes and packaging design.

- Excellent creativity with a keen eye for detail and color combinations.

- Ability to take direction, handle feedback, and work collaboratively in a team environment.

- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in FMCG packaging design.

- Knowledge of the latest trends in packaging and stationery products.

- Basic understanding of packaging materials and production techniques.

Pay: ?9,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
