Greetings from Synergy Resource Solutions, a leading HR Management Consultancy Firm.Our client is Company of medical scrubs (dress for doctors and surgeons) who is looking for a skilled problem solver to join the team as Sr. Forecasting Analyst This company is Headquartered in Los Angeles, California, USA, with offices in Hong Kong and Shanghai. This is the world \xe2\x80\x99s largest manufacturer of medical scrubs (uniform apparel). They distribute their products through multiple channels including 3rd party retail, wholly owned retail ecommerce sites, and corporate branded sites.Job Position: Jr. Forecasting AnalystOffice Timing: 11 am to 8 pm or 12 pm to 9 pmWeekdays \xe2\x80\x93 5 daysLocation: Iscon Crossroads, Ahmedabad GujaratExperience \xe2\x80\x93 Minimum 4 yearsSummary:Generate demand accurate baseline forecast for company and Stock Keeping Units (SKU) for multiple brand lines within multiple marketplaces. Examines inventory levels for product to ascertain company\xe2\x80\x99s optimal financial performance and potential future sales. Analyzes and manipulates aggregated forecast, shipments data.Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

• Support Sr Analyst with inventory management and forecasting of products to ensure consistent product availability.
• Analysis and Create reports on inventory performance.
• Monitoring warehouse operations to ensure SLA\xe2\x80\x99s are being achieved.
• Collaborate with senior analysts to create forecasting models.
• Create POs & shipments for inventory going to Marketplace.
• Ensuring strategic objectives are being met in alignment with company goals.
• Assist in maintaining optimal inventory levels by working closely with internal and external departments.
• Work on Adhoc projects to support the marketplace growth.
• Working closely with internal departments to ensure proper execution of marketplace strategies including warehouse operations/3rd party logistics, inventory forecasting, accounting, customer service, IT, and other departments.
• Providing cross-functional support to help guide internal departments on the execution of marketplace strategies in such areas as operations, IT, and warehouse operations.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in business, economics or analytics-related field and 4+ year of forecasting experience.
• Computer skills: Microsoft Office products, with expert level with Excel.
• Strong knowledge of planning, forecasting and data analysis.
• Strong understanding of principals of customer service as it applies to internal and external customers.
• Good organizational and planning skills.
• Ability to write and present clearly at all levels of the organization.
• Excellent attention to detail, time management skills and meeting deadlines.
• Ability to reflect positive attitude and disciplined work ethic.
• Ability to work individually and in team.
