This position involves procurement, rate negotiation, order management, documentation of purchase orders, follow-ups on dispatches, and liaising with the Accounts department for payment processing. Proficiency in Excel and knowledge of ERP accounting software are essential for success in this role.Job Duties

• Collaborating with the Purchase Manager to execute procurement activities.
• Negotiating favorable rates with suppliers.
• Managing the end-to-end documentation process for purchase orders.
• Ensuring timely follow-up on order dispatches and coordinating with Accounts for payments.
• Maintaining accurate records and reports related to purchases.

Required QualificationsKnowledge

• Strong knowledge of purchase and procurement processes.
• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with ERP accounting software.

Education
