• Update Joining & Relieving formalities of employees
• Maintain & update employee records in HR databases and personnel files.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures and benefits
• Support the payroll process by collecting and verifying timekeeping information
• Assist in handling employee grievances and disciplinary actions under the guidance of HR Head
Qualification: MBA(HR)/Any Graduate with excellent communication skills.
Experience : 0-3 yrs.
