Job Description

As a Jr. Executive / Executive production, your role & responsibilities will be as below:

Production supervision

• To supervise the production activities and ensure SOP is followed for each step.
• To supervise the production of SDI resins, Pharma wet beads, Speciality resins manufacturing.
• The duty of production executive is in shifts and he has to come as per shift schedule made by Production In charge.
• To ensure cleanliness and readiness of all equipments before start of every batch in any equipment.
• To check the status of all equipment when resume the duty and plan to continue and complete the activities as per standard process time cycle.
• To issue raw materials required for production from stores department through issue slip, in case issue slip is not made then record the quantity of materials received for production in log sheet and shift report.
• To carry out in process sampling for in process analysis and send to QC lab with entry in in process analysis format and get the results of testing from QC.
• To check the results are meeting the specification for in process analysis and inform production in charge and take further instruction for process.
• To distribute the work among available man power and take maximum production in shift.
• To ensure that workers follow the right process steps and practices in production activities.
• To report to production In charge for any material shortage for production and also write in shift report for further action by concern people.
• To attend the solve any maintenance related problem by proper communication with concern person.
• To supervise RO-DM plant operation as per standard operating procedure in shift and ensure maximum DM water production.
• To supervise ETP process and ensure that all type of waste water are properly neutralized.

Documentation and Reporting

• To fill all batches log sheets in shift.
• To fill shift report at the end of shift with all details of status of all equipment and process and further action to be taken.
• To fill the DM water generation quantity in shift report.
• To fill the MIS reports on google drive for production, workers used, DM water production and Finished products for SDI, Pharma wet beads, Speciality resins every day in morning shift at 10:00 am.

Pay: From ?14,000.00 per month
