Roles & Responsibility
• Handling management of major staff meetings and annual events of the organization.
• Organizing and scheduling complicated monthly and annual operations, such as agendas, meetings.
• Act as the main point of contact for all contractual employees.
• Monitor Contractual employees work performance and resolve any issues, in coordination with the HR or relevant departments.
• Maintain accurate records of the security register, including visitors logs, employee access records, and security-relates incidents.
• Conduct the regular supervision of gardening staff, Housekeeping staff to ensure proper maintenance of the company's spaces.
• Foster positive relationships with employees by implementing initiatives that improve morale, satisfaction, and productivity.
• Oversee the grievance redressal process by investigating employees complaints and taking corrective actions where necessary.
