Broad outline of the Role . Monitor all allotted branches links with due diligence and take follow-up with their backend team for immediate restoration of all such downlinks. . Contact branches end users to understand the problem if there is any fault finding. . Allocate the down-call to all and work towards resolution. . Responsible for all technical issues concerning the TCL network. . Single point of contact for all technical queries and fault resolution. . Arranging downtime from customer for all the activities i.e. Migration, ,SIP implementation ETC. . Shall have the primary responsibility of ensuring a smooth network functioning without congestion, and downtime. . Sharing reports of critical links isolation sites on daily basis . Should have technical knowledge of Network devices and Telecommunication .
