Broad outline of the Role
RE responsibilities
- Monitor all allotted branches links with due diligence and take follow-up with their backend team for immediate restoration of all such downlinks.
- Contact branches end users to understand the problem if there is any fault finding.
- Allocate the down-call to all and work towards resolution.
- Responsible for all technical issues concerning the TCL network.
- Single point of contact for all technical queries and fault resolution.
- Arranging downtime from customer for all the activities i.e. Migration, ,SIP implementation ETC.
- Shall have the primary responsibility of ensuring a smooth network functioning without congestion, and downtime.
- Sharing reports of critical links isolation sites on daily basis
- Should have technical knowledge of Network devices and Telecommunication .
