Key Responsibilities:

? Training Delivery: Conduct training sessions covering a wide range of domains in electrical field softwares like autocad for electricals, MATLAB ELECTRICAL, PLC & SCADA, OrCAD, Embedded Linux, Microcontroller.

? Software Proficiency: Provide expertise in industry-standard software tools.

? Curriculum Development: Collaborate with the curriculum development team to create comprehensive and industry-relevant training modules.

? Hands-On Learning: Facilitate hands-on learning experiences, coding projects, and practical exercises to enhance participants' skills and knowledge.

? Assessment and Evaluation: Assess the progress of trainees, offer constructive feedback, and conduct evaluations to ensure learning objectives are met.

? Industry Trends: Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in software engineering to provide real-world insights to trainees.

? Mentorship: Provide mentorship and guidance to participants in their career development, helping them become proficient software engineers.
