Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior .NET Developer to join our development team. This role is ideal for individuals with approximately 0.6 months of professional experience in .NET development or recent graduates looking to build their career in software development. You will be working on exciting projects, contributing to the development of web and desktop applications using the .NET stack.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of web and desktop applications using the .NET framework (C#, ASP.NET, etc.).
• Collaborate with team members to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Contribute to debugging and troubleshooting issues in existing software applications.
• Learn and implement industry best practices and development methodologies.
• Participate in code reviews and adhere to coding standards.
• Assist in writing unit tests and performing testing to ensure code quality.
• Collaborate with senior developers and other team members on tasks and project deliverables.
• Support the integration of third-party services and APIs.
• Attend team meetings and contribute ideas for improving application performance and functionality.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 0.6 months of professional experience in .NET development, or relevant academic background (internships, projects, or coding bootcamps).
• Familiarity with C# and the .NET Framework or .NET Core .
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for front-end development (if applicable).
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git .
• Knowledge of object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts and design patterns.
• Ability to write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and development techniques.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with ASP.NET MVC or ASP.NET Core .
• Understanding of relational databases such as SQL Server .
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and how to interact with them.
• Familiarity with development tools like Visual Studio or Visual Studio Code .
• Experience with basic unit testing frameworks like xUnit , NUnit , or MSTest .
