Job Summary
The Digital Marketing Executive will manage digital campaigns, develop strategies, and leverage various digital channels to enhance the online presence and engagement of the brand. This role involves planning, executing, and optimizing marketing efforts across social media, email, SEO, SEM, content, and other digital channels to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Key Responsibilities
• Digital Strategy and Campaign Management
• Plan, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across channels, including social media, search engines, email, and display advertising.
• Develop content strategies to align with business goals and drive brand awareness and engagement.
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of campaigns, adjusting strategies to meet objectives.
• Social Media Management
• Manage the company's presence on social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content while actively engaging with audiences to build community and brand loyalty.
• Track social media metrics and insights to inform strategies and increase social media engagement and followership.
• SEO and Content Optimization
• Conduct keyword research and optimize content to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic.
• Work with content writers and designers to produce SEO-friendly content, including blog posts, articles, and website copy.
• Monitor SEO performance and suggest improvements.
• Email Marketing
• Create and implement email marketing campaigns for brand awareness, engagement, and lead nurturing.
• Design, execute, and analyze email marketing campaigns, segmenting lists and targeting specific audiences.
• Monitor and report on email performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
• Paid Advertising (PPC)
• Develop and manage PPC campaigns on Google Ads, social media ads, and other platforms to drive targeted traffic and achieve KPIs.
• Track ad performance and optimize ads to improve return on investment (ROI) and cost-per-click (CPC).
• Analytics and Reporting
• Use tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and others to track, measure, and report on the success of digital marketing efforts.
• Prepare performance reports, presenting insights and recommendations to stakeholders to optimize future campaigns.
• Stay Updated with Industry Trends
• Keep abreast of digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
• Experiment with new and innovative digital marketing strategies to enhance the brand's presence.
Qualifications and Skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO tools).
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, email marketing, SEO, and PPC strategies.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
