Ensure photos and videos align with the brand's aesthetics, tone, and message.
Use tools like Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, or other editing software to enhance photos and videos.
Ensure consistency in editing style (filters, color grading, aspect ratios) for social media platforms.
Prepare visuals that are optimized for various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.).
Create a content calendar to plan and schedule posts across multiple social media platforms.
Develop engaging content that resonates with the target audience (posts, stories, reels, etc.).
Research and stay up to date with social media trends to incorporate in the content strategy.
Use social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, or Later) to schedule posts in advance.
Monitor post performance and adjust content strategy based on analytics.
Respond to customer inquiries, messages, and comments promptly.
Handle both positive and negative feedback professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.
Engage with followers by liking and replying to comments.
Participate in discussions and create a sense of community by building relationships with the audience.
Monitor the performance of social media content (engagement, reach, growth, etc.) using platform analytics tools.
Use insights to adjust strategies and optimize content.
Assist in creating paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
Monitor the performance of paid ads and adjust based on KPIs (click-through rate, conversion rate, etc.).
Ensure that all content (visual and written) aligns with the brand's identity and voice.
Collaborate with other teams to ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels.
Skills Required:
• Proficiency in photography and videography .
• Strong knowledge of photo and video editing software (e.g., Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, etc.).
• Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) and their tools.
• Ability to engage with the audience through comments, DMs, and posts .
• Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite).
• Good understanding of social media trends and audience behavior .
• Ability to track and analyze performance metrics to optimize strategies.
